Our young scientists were able to mix primary colors (red, blue and yellow) to produce secondary colors (purple, orange and green).
Predictions were made, as for example: What would happen to a color when we combined it with other colors and water in a test tube?
New vocabulary included dissolves, test tube, predict, and observe.
Then, students poured red , yellow and blue liquids together, producing new ones .
Experimenting with the various colors was the aim of this activity.
