With the frase “We have the power to change the world”, our fifth edition of CarMUN was successfully carried out with the assistance of delegates from 46 schools in Lima.
The event was held from October 25th to October 27th and developed interesting topics that touched on the rights of children with different abilities, the health of the elderly, women’s rights, the fight against discrimination, civil war at Sierra Leone, terrorism, as well as other issues of local and global interest.
All participants took their role in this United Nations Model very seriously and the committees reached transcendental decisions.
On Saturday night they had the classic social event and enjoyed live music by our Carmelite students.
The closing ceremony had very emotional moments when the best delegations were recognized.
Our sincere thanks to the organizing committee and the attendees for the success of this fifth edition of CarMUN.
