MISS ROSA ANA DONGO ONETO

30 Years at the Nuestra Señora del Carmen School

I am pleased, through this medium, to acknowledge a person who has been with us for thirty years in our institution and where she has been performing with a high sense of responsibility in each of the tasks that have been entrusted to her. Miss Rosa Ana Dongo Oneto entered our educational center on March 1, 1990 and throughout these years she has shown a great vocation of service towards her students and co-workers.

In those years the Primary level was in charge of the Congregation of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary; Sister Dalia Flores, IHM. in charge of the management of the level, she was the one who received her and saw in her great qualities to perform as a teacher. Miss Rosa Ana, as we know her, has served as a teacher in the last grades of the level, has guided with great skill, demand and love the sixth grade, fifth grade and even fourth grade students, achieving high performance in her pupils and imparting in them the principles and values that characterize our institution.

Talking about the Carmelite family is making a reference to your own family. Miss Rosa Ana met the one who is her husband today in the Primary classrooms, let’s remember Professor Fernando Maldonado, in charge of the computer course. Over the years, her daughters María Fernanda and María Paz, now former students, are part of this great family.

I must highlight in her her constant desire of improvement, that is how she continues specialization studies in Guidance and Tutoring, being designated as Discipline Coordinator, today Coexistence. I have had the opportunity to share with her management positions, taking hours of planning and organization work for academic development, I attest to the great professional that is Miss Rosa Ana Dongo Oneto, her capacity for organization and planning, great creativity to motivate and guide the students, high commitment in all work undertaken, demanding, but at the same time loving with the students. One of his projects that stuck in the souls of the little ones was the Carmelite World Cup, an emotion that motivated the students to know the country they were going to represent through a report or exhibition, the great moments of integration, the joy of the meetings between recess and the desire to raise the winning cup.

Since 2016, and until the present, she has served as Deputy Director of the Primary level, we wish her all the successes in her new management. Thank you very much Miss Rosa Ana for these 30 years of commitment, loyalty and fidelity to this institution.

May the Virgin of Carmen protect and bless her always.

MISS GIOVANNA ORTEGA PILARES

30 Years at the Nuestra Señora del Carmen School

This 2020, Miss Giovanna Ortega Pilares celebrates 30 years of service. What a special and important date because behind this number there is an impeccable professional career.

In addition, it is a pride for our institution that a former student has dedicated so many years of her life guiding and leading hundreds of children who today are good men and women, impregnating that Carmelite seal that she reflects in her actions.

Miss Giovanna has known, with her vocation and responsibility, to adapt to each challenge that has been presented to her, from her beginnings at the Initial level, and then going through different grades at the Primary level.

Today Miss Giovanna teaches us that when you love what you do, you can live consistently, with joy and deep faith in God, giving the best of yourself, transcending each child who has accompanied in their development, sharing with their beautiful family, every step she has taken in our institution.

Congratulations Miss Giovanna, may the Virgin of Carmen continue blessing your path and always protect you with her protective mantle.

MISS PATRICIA CARBAJAL ARRÓSPIDE DE PALET

30 Years at the Nuestra Señora del Carmen School

This year we celebrate 30 years of selfless and dedicated work at the Primary level of Miss Patricia Carbajal Arróspide De Palet.

Miss Patty has been characterized, in all this time, for being loyal to the institution. She is a dedicated and responsible teacher, who tries to instill in her students the importance of discovering in themselves the capabilities and great potential that each one possesses.

She is part of the team of English teachers, and with her experience, she is modeling the profile of the Carmelite teacher in the new generations of teachers who are joining the institution, always with the joy, enthusiasm and commitment that characterize her.

When a vocational teacher like Miss Patty has served our school for so many years, we affirm that her life has been and is a blessing for all the boys and girls who have ever passed through her classrooms, but also for her co-workers, with whom she has a very beautiful relationship of companionship and friendship.

We ask the Virgen del Carmen to continue blessing her work and protect her today and always.

MISS SILVIA CÁCERES ZEGARRA

Our dear Miss Silvia Cáceres Zegarra, secretary and receptionist at the Primary level, celebrates 40 years at our institution.

Always with her beautiful smile and people skills, she knows how to be kind and understanding with all those who approach her: parents, teachers and students.

She began her administrative work with us when she was very young, since then, she has already emerged as a persevering, responsible and proactive person who fulfills her tasks with joy, reflecting the Carmelite values that she has lived since she was a child, as she is also a former student of our school.

It is very important to have her at the level, she teaches us that with assertive words and courteous treatment, the interpersonal relationships become closer and more bearable.

We are grateful for all this time of dedication to our school and we ask that the Virgin of Carmen continue to care her and shelter her with her protective mantle.
